On Saturday, the team faced the challenge of playing three back-to-back games in the heat, yet they persevered and advanced to the Sunday morning final. Their opponent, the Ancaster Angels, had the advantage of a bye through one of the Saturday rounds, which allowed them to conserve their pitching resources.
