Summer Camp

East York Baseball Association is excited to offer Summer Camp for 2025.
The EYBA Summer Camp will be located at Stan Wadlow Park.
This year we will be offering two streams of camp for the first time,
Recreational & Rep
.

RECREATIONAL
Our Recreational Summer Camp will continue to offer the traditional camp experience as in previous years. This day camp is for boys and girls aged 6-14. It focuses on players at the House League & Recreational Level. East York Baseball provides a safe environment where young ball players can learn, practice and compete. Campers are taught the fundamentals of throwing, fielding and hitting through a combination of drills, competition and games. Campers will also play other sports, go to the play structures at the park, and go to the splash pad. Additional details will be provided in advance of your camp week.

REP
If your camper is interested in a more intensive camp experience, new for 2025 we are offering a Rep Baseball Summer Camp. This day camp is an advanced baseball program for boys and girls aged 8-14 who are currently playing at the Rep & Select level. The Rep Camp will focus on superior skill development and is geared toward players committed to taking their game to the next level. The goal is to create an environment modeled after high school and elite level teams, by providing tailored instruction in high volumes of repetition. In addition, our expert staff will provide constructive feedback through video instruction and tailored scouting reports. Additional details will be provided in advance of your camp week.

FULL DAY / HALF DAY
Half day and full day options are available in both the Recreational & Rep streams. Half day is Morning - 9am to 12pm, or Afternoon - 1pm to 4pm. Full day is 9am to 4pm with 1 hour for lunch break. Early drop off from 8am and late pick up to 5pm are available.  We will also be using a catering service so the option will be available to our campers to pre-order healthy lunches and snacks.

TEAM WEEKS
Teams can sign up for a week of Rep Summer Camp together to focus on player skill development as well as team concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for the team to bond together in a camp environment. During the team week, coaches will run team practices isolated from the rest of the camp and will tailor some of the drills based on the team's needs. Before the start of the team week, the Camp Director will reach out to the team's coach to discuss any goals that they would like to accomplish. Team weeks are only available in FULL Day option.

LOCATION
Camp will be located at Stan Wadlow Park. The park is bordered by Cosburn Ave., Cedarvale Ave., Haldon Ave., and Taylor Creek Park. We have permitted space on 7 Baseball diamonds and a 3 section batting cage. Three of our diamonds have pitching mounds and warm-up mounds. The park also has a play structure for free time, and a splash pad for extra fun times! The Snack Bar will be open each day for snack and lunch purchases.
