Information on Opening Day & the Upcoming Skills Clinics

Hey East York Baseball families,

It’s great to see all of you back at the ballpark. Some big events are coming up.

OPENING DAY
Saturday, May 28th is Opening Day. ALL teams are playing. Every player & coach will get treats after the game. We’ll be sparking up the barbecue and some East York swag will be for sale. There’s an excellent chance that our jerseys will be in by then too. Please stop by and say “Hi” to the executive. Just a reminder, sales at the snack bar and for swag are all cash only. Hit the bank machine first.

HOUSE LEAGUE SKILLS DAYS
We’re having skills clinics for the house league players on June 4 and June 11 at Stan Wadlow Park. These are free to all House League players.  

8:00 am -10:00 am          6U, 7U, 8U, & 9U

10:00 am – 12:00 pm      11U & 3U

11U and 13U coaches – we’ve got a clinic to help you teach the kids how to pitch. Please come out for that.

East York Baseball Camp spots are filling up quickly. If your child is interested in developing and refining their baseball skills in the highly organized, safe, inclusive and fun environment at Stan Wadlow Park then please check out the camp information on the www.eastyorkbaseballcamp.com website. Registration is online. This year, there are full day (80% of registrants) and morning and afternoon half day options as well as the option of the popular hot catered lunch.
